- Assist with outfielders (hitting fungoes and using the machine for pop flies)
- Throw batting practice

Specific Goals: Some of my goals included becoming better prepared to be a future coach at the NCAA level. The hours during the mentorship helped me with this. I also wanted to network and make connections that could help me in the future. I wanted to make a positive impact on the players and coaches where I could be seen as a good coaching candidate.
Expected Learning Outcomes: My expected learning outcomes included how a collegiate practice is ran. From intensity and energy, the proper warm up, how batting practice is ran, etc. I wanted to learn the reasons for each practice and what the goal was for that day. I wanted to learn what went on before practice as well. I wanted to learn what the coaches looked for in recruits and what they looked for not just in pure talent, but how they would fit in from an academic standpoint. I also wanted to learn what statistics were kept in fall ball and the reasons behind them. The more numbers the better, and once an excel spreadsheet was set up it seemed easier.
